We do not issue Medical Cannabis Cards. In order to obtain your card you must do so through the State of Maryland. There is a registration process and several steps involved, to begin the process we recommend you visit Maryland OneStop.

We would love to assist you in any way we can, please give us a call to schedule a time to have a staff member help get you signed up.

Any persons over the age of 21 may enter and purchase adult use cannabis or purchase accessories at our smoke shop.

Medical Patients with a valid patient number and active doctor certification may purchase medical cannabis, regardless of age. But patients under the age of 21 may not purchase anything from our smoke shop.

Adult-Use Customers: You will need to bring a valid physical government issued ID (Driver's License, State ID, Passport, Tribal Card). It MUST be a physical card, not a picture, and CANNOT be expired.

Medical Patients: On your first visit you will need to register as a patient at our dispensary. You will need your Medical Cannabis Patient Number from the MMCC, as well as a Government Issued ID. Every visit to The Dispensary you will be required to provide your patient number AND show your Government Issued ID.

Adult-Use Customers: Are not permitted to bring in any children to The Dispensary, regardless of age.

Medical Patients: Are welcome to bring in children aged 7 or younger. Children 8 years or older are required to stay in our waiting area.

We respectfully ask that you only bring in trained service or emotional support animals with leashes. The dog must be on a leash at all times.

Someone else may pick up your cannabis on your behalf if and only if you are a medical patient and they are your registered caregiver.

The caregiver must be registered with the commission prior to pick-up. If your caregiver is registered with the State of Maryland, and linked to your patient ID number they can make a purchase or pick-up on your behalf.

Linking of a Caregiver to a Patient is done on the Patient's MD OneStop account. Once you click on your patient ID number there should be a green button labeled "actions" and you should see an action to "Add Caregiver".

We are a cash only business. We do not accept Debit, Credit, Electronic Payments, or Checks.

At this time we are not offering delivery services.

Generally we do not accept returns. In certain situations we have made exceptions. If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased from our store, please reach out to us and ask to speak with a manager.

Under no circumstance are we able to accept a return or exchange after 30 days from purchase date.

We stock as many different products as we can get our hands on. Our selection includes a large variety of:

Adult-Use Customers: Per day, an adult-use customer is allowed to purchase up to:

• 42g of cannabis flower
• 750mg of edible products
• 12g of vapes/concentrates

Medical Patients: The standard allotment is 120g of Flower or 36g of concentrated THC Products per month. You can request an increase in allotment from your certifying provider if needed.

We have specials EVERY DAY! Our website menu displays our current promotions. Every day we give 20% off specific brands or categories.

Points Program: We offer a points program that allows you to get points for every purchase! Every $1 spent gets you 1 point. Every 100 points earns you $10 off your purchase.* Points will build forever but may only be redeemed in increments of $10 up to a total of $50 per day.

*Purchase must be greater than $10.01, per MD State Law we must charge you something for cannabis

Wisdom Discount: 20% off for people over the age of 65.

Veteran Discount: 25% off for Veterans. Must provide DL with Veteran Status, VA Card, or DD-214 Form once to add the tag to your account.

Industry Discount: 15% off Cannabis Industry Employees. Must show MCA Badge, or OneStop Active Agent Number every time.

**All discounts are applied from the sticker price. Discounts do not stack; the highest discount available will be applied.

Sadly we do not offer curbside pick-up at this time. Per the COMAR regulations we have to follow, our parking lot situation does not fit the criteria needed to allow curbside.

According to the MCA, Adults 21+ may ONLY use cannabis in private homes and on private property.

Cannabis consumption is not permitted in our store, on our premises, or anywhere in the shopping center.
